The Metal Recycling sector plays an important role in supporting the UK’s waste sector, which has been deemed essential by the UK government. Rogers Metal Management LLP remains operational as far as possible and plays its part in supporting that important supply chain at this critical time, including businesses manufacturing vital Medical equipment. If we do not keep up moving scrap metal, then there could be a build-up of materials and this could pose a health and safety risk and further impacts on infrastructure.

As we continue to closely monitor the developments in relation to COVID-19, our top priority is the health of our employees, customers and suppliers. We must also ensure that our critical waste infrastructure remains available for the nation. We have therefore decided to take further steps to avoid the transmission of infection to our staff and suppliers.

We made temporary changes to the way we operate with effect from 25th March 2020.

To minimise the number of people we have on-site at any one time, upon arrival at our gate barrier you will be advised of our revised procedure. Please allow additional time for the process and respect the social distancing as per Government Guidelines.
